Remember to think of the following when planning decorations and flowers for your special event, meeting or convention. With this information ready, Sarah's Florist can work with you more effectively to create an event that is all you want it to be!
Top Considerations
- Date, time and place of the event.
- Theme of the event.
- Colors
- Feel: (Formal / Informal)
- Ages of the guests
- Your budget for flowers.
- Number of people attending the event.
- Number and type of tables for dining.
- How many buffet tables will be used?
- How many tables will there be for guests?
- Number of head tables.
- Size of tables
- Number of registration tables and size
- Are corsages needed for anyone?
- Presents or gifts needed for anyone?
Other Considerations
- Do you need special decorations for entrance ways?
- Want to recognize certain guests who are especially important to you?
- Will you have door prizes or a raffle as part of your event?
We can discuss with you creative ways to make a space come alive. Things like common interests of the event attendees, a prior shared event to jog everyone's memory, or other fun things to make the event fun for all.
NOTE: Consider giving away the table arrangements to your guests at the end of the event. It will certainly make the event more memorable for those who go home carrying a beautiful arrangement.
