What happens after I place an order?
When your order is placed on the web site, you will see a "Thank You" page.
Your order is then sent over a secure connection to Sarah's Florist.com.
This order is processed the same day (if placed before 2:00 PM CST). In either case, once processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. If we encounter any problems, one of our customer service staff will contact you by phone for clarification.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
We use an encryption process called SSL (secure socket layer) which scrambles the credit card numbers so no-one else can use them, except us. When you go to an ordering area in our web site, you will be notified by your browser that this area is now secure (indicated by an unbroken key or lock icon at the bottom of your browser screen).

Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not already been delivered to the recipient, or is not on its way to being delivered, we can cancel it. Please call us toll-free at 1-888-936-2048.
When can I expect my order to get there?
Usually, when placing an order over the phone, fax or through our web site, you will receive information regarding the arrival date of your order. We offer FTD and Teleflora wire service for fast delivery worldwide.
What credit cards can I use?
Sarah's Florist.com accepts a variety of payment options, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card. We also accept electronic checks.
When will my credit card be charged?
Sarah's Florist.com will charge your credit card at the point of placing your order. Should there be a question, we will contact you as soon as possible for clarification.
