Make sure you have her name, home address, business address, phone number, any and all information ready for when you order flowers. Florists are unable to deliver flowers without the exact address.

Is she ALLERGIC to anything?
When in doubt, ASK! Ask her closest friends, her mother, her sister, anyone whom you've come in confidence with. Failing that, listen for subtle clues like "I have spring allergies", "I have fall allergies"...avoid giving arrangements with lots of greenery at this stage.

Talk to your florist. As your florist gets to know you better, they would be in a better position to advice you on the best bouquet for the occasion (they may also be able to keep the best stalk just for you to pick up when you need it most!) not forgetting giving you great discounts for your loyalty.
